This privacy policy describes how GLG Logistics Systems SA ("we") processes personal data when you visit gilnet.app or contact us through this website. We comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Why we process it

We process form submissions to respond to your enquiry and to evaluate fit for our early-access programme. The legal basis is pre-contractual contact at your request and our legitimate interest in operating our business.

Retention

We retain submission data for 24 months from your last contact with us. Aggregated, anonymised data may be kept longer for product analytics.
